The story of Balanced.

What is Balanced.

Balanced is a wellness space dedicated to promoting balanced health through movement, mindset, and living a fulfilling life from the inside out.


With over 25 years in the fitness and wellness industry, my passion lies in creating an encouraging environment where individuals of all ages and fitness levels feel welcome, supported, and empowered. Through Pilates classes, wellness workshops, retreats, and motivational guidance, Balanced is about more than just exercise - it’s about personal wellness and caring for the whole person.


My classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself both mentally and physically. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or returning to your personal wellness journey, you are welcome here.


I believe that movement should feel uplifting, inclusive, and sustainable. Every class is an opportunity to breathe, reset, grow stronger, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.


Located in Brandon, Manitoba, Balanced offers pop-up Pilates classes, private sessions, wellness collaborations, and community-centered experiences that inspire confidence, connection, and balance in everyday life.

Classes • Your first class is free! Pilates, Yoga and BARRE!

I am offering a schedule of curated classes that promote balanced health, are motivating, designed for all levels, and most importantly, fun! Themed classes include music from various genres. Each class is 45 minutes, with the exception of custom classes. These sessions focus on personal wellness through a unique warm-up that allows time to connect and reflect, followed by full body strengthening, including core strength and flexibility. We conclude with a cool down, stretch, and time to head home. Props will be offered but are only optional.

I offer private one-on-one sessions for those who may not be ready for a group setting, focusing on achieving balanced health. This includes a free 30-minute assessment to meet and set some personal wellness goals! 


I also provide private group sessions! Imagine an 80s birthday pilates class or bring your athletic team in for a fun and engaging workout! 


For corporate wellness, I can collaborate with you to design a team-building wellness workshop or event. Classes are available in half-day and full-day options to suit your needs!

The VIP experience when arriving at a class is very important to me, as it contributes to your balanced health and personal wellness. I want you to feel spoiled the minute you step into the studio. I also do not like to haul around a mat that finds a home in the back of my car. This means you just bring
